After our a/c system went belly up 1 month into our home purchase, and mid-heat wave, Scott fit us in on short notice, explained our options and associated price points, leaving to us how much to patch vs overhaul without a hard sell. Iâ ve used a large company for years satisfactorily but theyâ ve never explained things as well or been as conscientious as Scott. He backs up his work with a no b.s. personal warranty so I won’t be going back to the corporate folks ever again. He also addressed my wife as an equal vs the usual condescension.

Scott got back to me within 15 minutes and came over at noon the next day. No A/C, turned out to be a capacitor that he stocked on his truck. Quick, easy, right fix and price was excellent. Cost less than what PSE&G would charge just to come out (which was 249.00 to show up) Nice guy, knows his stuff, works fast and safe-would definitely recommend.
